Shipping Policy:
All In-Stock items are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed.
International credit card orders are placed on hold for 48 hours for credit card verification.
Unless otherwise stated, all packages, including international shipments, are shipped via UPS. If you would like to use a different carrier, please contact us prior to making your purchase and we will do whatever we can to accommodate your request.
Return Policy:
Underwater photo and video equipment is not returnable. If you have a problem with your equipment, you must contact us within two days of receipt. In certain situations, a store credit may be issued. To be eligible for a store credit, all items must be in the original packaging, with blank warranty cards and all items must be in mint condition.
For all returns that do not meet these requirements a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
Warranty Policy:
All products sold by Marine Visions, Inc are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be placed directly with the manufacturer.
We will assist in this process if needed.
